- Created the ResearchwithNJ Advisory Board, a partnership of academic institutions, government, and private industry organizations to advance STEM policies in New Jersey.
- Spoke at public engagements around the country to educate on collaborative partnerships between public and private sectors.
- Planned the Center for Gun Violence Research, a multi-million-dollar initiative to create innovative public policies to reduce gun-related violence in New Jersey.
